ICARD 2024 registration is conducted online, and payment must be made with a credit card. Additional costs for short courses, banquet tickets, and field trips are not included in the registration fee and can be purchased alongside your registration.

GROUP REGISTRATION
ICARD is delighted to offer group savings to organisations who register 10 or more employees, as follows:
- Groups consisting of 10 to 19 employees will be eligible for a 10% discount on registration.
- Groups of 20 or more employees will be entitled to a 20% discount on registration.
To apply, please contact registration@cim.org with the number of individuals who will be registering. A unique promotional code will be provided for your group.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
- A processing fee of $150 will apply to all cancelled registrations.
- After August 15, 2024 no refund will be issued for registration fees, and social/spouse tickets
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant by September 9, 2024.
- CIM is not responsible for airfare, housing or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
- Changes and cancellations must be requested in writing by email to: registration@cim.org
Please note that a non-member registration also includes a six month membership to CIM.
