INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS WHOSE ABSTRACTS HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED

Oral & Poster Presentation Requirements

To present at the conference for either an oral or poster presentation and have your paper published in the proceedings, you must follow the steps below:

1) By April 5, 2024: Upload a draft full paper (8 to 16 p) for review by logging in to the abstract submission site located at https://www.xcdsystem.com/cim/abstract/index.cfm?ID=u8WIVas. You can access the author guidelines/template at the link below. Uploaded documents will immediately go out for review, so please ensure the version you upload is ready for review. You will receive comments on the draft full paper by June 7, 2024.

2) By June 28, 2024: Upload to the submission site https://www.xcdsystem.com/cim/abstract/index.cfm?ID=u8WIVas .

  • The Final paper (after final review) for the conference proceedings
  • The “Copyright Form,” which is available below.

3) By July 5, 2024: Pay the registration fee. For your paper to be considered for a presentation and inclusion in the proceedings, you must register as a presenter by July 5, 2024. Note that there is a reduced fee for presenters at the ICARD conference.
