Call for Student Sponsorship Opportunities

ICARD and its sponsors recognize the value in the industry’s future workforce. To help students attend this international conference and learning opportunity, ICARD is offering sponsorship opportunities for selected students who apply.

 

Successful student applicants will be eligible to be reimbursed for their conference expenses (e.g., registration costs, accommodation, meals) up to a maximum, which depends on whether the student is local, out-of-province, or international. The maximum allowable reimbursement values are presented in the table below.

Key dates:

  • To apply for the travel/registration bursary, students must complete the form by August 2nd, 2024.

  • Please note that we have limited funds available for student sponsorship opportunities. Due to the finite nature of our resources, not all applicants may receive sponsorship, but we will review all applications carefully and notify applicants of the outcome by August 9th, 2024.

To be reimbursed for your conference expenses and registration, the student must provide receipts and show proof of purchase of registration.*
